Default Clutch Adjustment for the Raider

I just bought a Raider and the clutch does not engage until it is almost all the way out. Where do you adjust it at? Thanks in advance.

Right in front where the cable goes into the housing and is attached to the clutch lever there should be a rubber boot covering the end. Pull that back and loosen the round nut then loosen the hollow bolt. I believe when you bach it up the clutch should engage sooner you kinda have to play with it, until you get it where you want it.

Thanks for the information. I thought it should be quite simple.

I am a new Raider owner and love my Raider. I sold my brand new v Star 1300 for the raider. Had I known about the Raider before I bought the v star I would have bought the raider. I have to say that I liked the 1300 no problems with it at all. a very nice bike. I just liked the looks and feel of the Raider.

I have not been on blogs or forums that much in the past but I can truly say that I am finding so much info and nice people on these blogs. I think this is a great way to meet people and get things accomplished. Thanks again all you out there that took the time to answer and help me on this situation. One good turn deserves another.
