awesome pics. I love traveling overseas. India is one country I have not yet made it to, though. I must comment though, I guess people who don't know better than to stay of the cell phone are everywhere! lol

Yes, getting around is very challenging, you not only have to look out for yourself from getting killed, you have to lookout for other's stupidity that would normally kill them. I came across several situations where people will drive on the wrong side of the road at day or night because they were too lazy to drive along with traffic for a mile and then turn and go in the right direction on the right side. It's like going down the wrong side of the highway until you can cross to the other side where there is no barrier. There was even a case of a truck who was coming at us in the middle lane of a 3 lane one way road during the day luckily the traffic was at a crawl.
What if one one of those people fell off the rear of the truck with you right behind them, scary......
Having said that, drivers, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcycles have lot of patience when someone cuts them off or squeezes into their space in front. If that happened here there would be plenty of heavy handed arguments. Usually the bigger you are more the right of way you have. There are no road tests to speak of, one pays someone to get a license.
Drinking and driving, not just couple of drinks but lots, is standard practice with lot of men at night, thus a lot of accidents and innocent people getting maimed or killed.
Overall the trip was an eye opener and a cultural experience.
